Abstract: Examining how digital evidence and co-parenting apps such as OurFamilyWizard are used, challenged, and sometimes manipulated in family law proceedings, including emerging caselaw, evidentiary and ethical considerations, and practical lessons from litigation experience. The presentation will also explore how these tools intersect with parenting, therapeutic interventions, and the broader goal of promoting effective co-parenting rather than simply creating a litigation record.
